Smaller pieces may take approximately 1 -4 weeks, while furniture and larger custom builds may take approximately 3-8 weeks or longer. Material availablity, finish cure time, seasonal demand, and the current build schedule can affect timing.

Inspiration photos are welcome and can help explain the style or features you like. I’ll use them as a starting point for a piece suited to your needs rather than promise an exact copy of another maker’s protected design.

The best material depends on the project, desired appearance, budget, and where the piece will be used. I will explain the available options and recommend a material that makes sense for your project.

No two boards are identical. Grain, knots, color, and texture naturally vary, which means every finished piece will be unique. Samples and photos show the general style and finish, not an exact grain pattern.

Pickup and local delivery options depend on the size of the piece and your location. Delivery cost, access requirements, stairs, and installation needs will be discussed and included in the quote when applicable.

Possibly, but changes after the approval may add cost or time and some changes may no longer be practical. Contact me as soon as possible. No added work will be completed without your approval.

Yes. Most custom projects require a non-refundable deposit before materials are purchased and build time is reserved. The amount and payment schedule will be included in your quote.

Use a soft, slighlty damp cloth for routine cleaning and dry the surface promptly. Avoid harsh chemicals, standing water, excessive heat, and placing hot items directly on the surface. Project-specific care information will be provided when needed.

I stand behind my workmanship. Warranty details and exclusions are explained on the Warranty & Care page. Natural wood movement, normal wear, misuse, environmental damage, and failure to follow care instructions are not considered workmanship defects.
